During intake, the bot collects opposing-party names + key contextual identifiers (case type, jurisdiction, dates) и surfaces them в the admin Inbox с а "conflict-check required" flag. The attorney reviews against the firm's conflict-database before confirming the consultation. The bot does not auto-run the conflict check; it ensures the human always does.
National IDs, passport numbers, EU phone formats и similar identifiers are masked by the PII redactor at ingest, before any LLM call. The redactor runs в EU infrastructure.
