Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-month?

Yes, both directions. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Is there an annual plan discount?

Yes. Pay annually and get the equivalent of 2 months free. Contact sales for custom enterprise annual contracts.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), SEPA direct debit, and bank transfer for annual plans. Secure EU-based payment processing.

Do I need a separate plan per office location?
