How much does a first consultation cost?
Your first 30-minute consultation is free and confidential. We use it to understand your situation and outline your options — with no obligation to proceed.
Is what I tell you confidential?
Yes. Communications with our attorneys are protected by attorney–client privilege from your very first message, whether by phone, email or the assistant.
How are your fees structured?
Wherever possible we offer transparent fixed fees for defined work, from $900. For ongoing or unpredictable matters we work hourly from $350 with a clear estimate and monthly statements.
What happens at the first meeting?
You'll meet the attorney best suited to your matter, walk through the facts, and leave with a clear view of your options, likely timeline and cost.
How long will my matter take?
It depends entirely on the type of matter — from a few days for a formation to many months for a dispute. We give you a realistic timeline at the outset and keep it updated.
Do you handle matters outside California?
We practise primarily in California and coordinate with a trusted network of firms for matters in other states or countries. Ask the assistant and it will point you to the right contact.
What documents should I bring?
Bring anything relevant — contracts, letters, court papers, IDs or company records. If you're not sure, the assistant can tell you what's useful for your specific matter before you arrive.
