Fees
No mysteries, no meter-watching. We tell you how our fees work before you commit — and wherever the work is defined, we agree a fixed price up front.

- Meet the right attorney
- Clear view of your options
- Estimate of timeline & cost
- Agreed price up front
- Contracts, formation, filings
- Trademarks & property deals
- No hourly surprises
- Dedicated attorney
- Priority response times
- Clear monthly statements
- Litigation & complex matters
How we quote and bill
For well-defined work — a company formation, a standard contract, a trademark filing or a straightforward property transaction — we quote a fixed fee before we start. You approve the number first, and that's what you pay, regardless of how many hours it takes us. Government and third-party charges (such as filing fees) are always shown separately.
For open-ended or unpredictable matters like litigation, we work hourly from $350. Before we begin, we give you a written estimate of the likely range and agree how far we should go before checking back in with you. You receive a clear monthly statement showing exactly what was done and why, and we flag any decision that would materially change the cost.
A few points on estimates & statements:
- The first 30-minute consultation is always free and confidential
- Fixed-fee quotes are agreed in writing before any work begins
- Hourly matters come with a written estimate and a check-in point
- Monthly statements itemise the work so there are no surprises
- We tell you in advance before any step that changes the budget
- We'll suggest the right structure
- Fixed fee where possible
- Written estimate otherwise
- The assistant can start it 24/7
