Trademark Registration

Own your brand name and logo across the country — clearance, USPTO filing and office-action responses handled end to end, with fixed fees wherever we can.

Overview

Own your brand

Your name and logo are among your most valuable assets. A federal trademark gives you nationwide rights and a real basis to stop copycats. We run a proper clearance search first, file the right classes with the USPTO and handle any office actions — so registration actually sticks. This service is part of our broader Intellectual Property practice.

We quote a fixed fee for the search and application up front (USPTO filing fees are separate and set by the government), so you know the cost before we start.

How It Works

Search, file, protect

Three steps from an unregistered name to a federally protected brand.

Search & Clear

We run clearance and knockout searches so you file with confidence and avoid a costly clash with an existing mark.

File with USPTO

We select the right classes, prepare specimens and lodge your application correctly the first time.

Respond & Maintain

We answer office actions and set up monitoring and renewals so your registration stays live and enforceable.

FAQ

Good to know

Do I need a federal trademark?
If you sell across state lines or online, a federal registration gives you nationwide rights, a public record of ownership and stronger enforcement than common-law use alone. For most growing brands it is well worth it.
How long does registration take?
The USPTO process typically takes eight to twelve months from filing to registration, longer if an office action is issued. We keep it moving and respond to any office actions on your behalf.
What if the USPTO rejects my application?
A refusal is common and often fixable. We analyse the office action, prepare a legal response or amendment and argue your case, so an initial rejection does not have to be the end of the road.
